Aitishtech is an SAP supply chain execution consultancy specialising in SAP Transportation Management (TM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L). It is headquartered in Bengaluru, India and delivers to clients worldwide, remotely and on site.
Why narrow
Most SAP consultancies list every module SAP sells. It is an understandable commercial instinct and a poor signal of capability — because the person who shows up is drawn from a pool, and the pool is wide before it is deep.
We took the opposite position. Transportation Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Global Trade Services and Business Network for Logistics are one problem space: physical goods moving under commercial and regulatory constraint, across systems that were never designed to agree with each other. Learn that space properly and the four modules reinforce each other. Spread across twelve and they do not.
It also means we say no. If the requirement is a finance transformation or an HR rollout, we are the wrong firm and will say so on the first call rather than the third invoice.

Cost effective
We argue against scope.
The cheapest configuration is the one that was never built. Fit-to-standard is treated as the default position and every deviation has to earn itself against its lifetime upgrade cost — which is a conversation most consultancies have no commercial reason to start.
Timeliness
Cutover dates are held or renegotiated early.
A date that slips in the final fortnight was usually known to be at risk months earlier. We surface schedule risk when it appears rather than when it becomes undeniable, because early bad news is cheap and late bad news is not.
Flexible
Three engagement shapes, not one.
Full programme delivery, ongoing managed support, or a named specialist joining your team for a defined window. The shape follows the problem rather than our utilisation targets.
Robust
Designed for the third year, not the go-live.
Configuration that survives volume growth, new sites and upgrades. The measure of an execution build is not whether it passes UAT — it is whether it still fits the business two peak seasons later.
Simple
Complexity Simplified is on the logo for a reason.
Warehouse and transport processes are complicated enough on their own. The system layer should reduce that load, not add a second one. If an operator needs a laminated cheat sheet to complete a putaway, the design failed.
Method
How the work runs.
Walk the floor first
Before a workshop, before a blueprint. You cannot design a putaway strategy from a process diagram, and you cannot design a transport plan without meeting the planner who overrides it.
Decide fit-to-standard early
Every deviation from standard is a cost that recurs at every upgrade. We make that trade explicit at decision time, with the run cost attached, rather than discovering it in year two.
Test with the actual devices
An RF transaction that works on a laptop browser and fails on a cold-store scanner is not tested. Execution testing happens on the hardware, in the environment, with the people.
Cutover is designed, not scheduled
Stock freeze, count, convert, reconcile, resume — with a rehearsed rollback. The plan is written and dry-run long before the weekend it is needed.
Leave the team able to run it
Documentation your own staff can act on, and configuration they can explain. If our leaving creates a support dependency, the engagement was not finished.
